Artcraft is the upscale line of Wicks's HUD products. Marshfield is the "lesser" home.
Quality of the home is usually top-notch.

Where in the world did you get the idea that "Marshfield" is the "lesser" home in Wick's line than "Artcraft"? Marshfield, Artcraft, and Rollohome are all just different divisions of Wick, but they are built with exactly the same quality. The main difference is just different floor plans. I think it's mainly just Wick's way of having more dealers in the same areas and letting them think they are not competing for the same customers.
