Mobile Home Park Purchases

All,

I am currently seeking to buy existing mobile home parks primarily in Northern Georgia. Realtors seem to have a hard time pulling up parks for sale from their MLS systems due to variability in the way they are entered by agents. Do any of you have any additional resources (websites, directories, etc.) to identify parks for sale and/or obtain a listing of all existing mobile home parks?

First..I found the laws about developing communities in GA...You might want to read...just in case you decide to build one...

I found a comprehensive list of all communities in GA...Unfortuantly they are listed by city..and do not have phone number unless the park owner pays for an ad...but I suppose you could use the old fashion method of the phone book...

This link is interesting...a list of parks for sale in GA...Who knows how up to date this web page is...but there are some agents listed who seem to specialize in manufactured home parks in GA....Might be worth a call to them..
