I haven't owned any, but have looked at their products. Top notch. The Artcraft are well built, fit and finish is quite nice, quality fixtures and fittings. The construction is good. I'm not sure if they have finished drywall homes, I'm assuming that they do, but their wall-panel homes have less batten strips than most, and strips are straight with a minimum of fasteners (not the 50 staples in 8 feet that some homes have).
They are a bit more expensive than most of the Indiana based homes.
Comparing them side-by-side to a Palm Harbor of similar features, the Artcraft was a much nicer "feeling" home.

Thanks Tim, My wife and I purchased a new Artcraft accord ltd (28x60).in a land/home package. The home sits on a acre of land and is ready for us to move in. I was and to some extent am still apprehensive about the purchase, I just don't know about the quality of manufactured houses. My wife wanted the house badly and I could not talk her out of it. So wish us luck!!!

Hi Charlotte!
Yeah.. I'm baaaack! A bit more time to check bulliten boards and such as of late.
If the price of land hadn't skyrocketted here.. I'd be doing another house by now..
