set up and delivery question

Hello All,

If you find a home for the right price but the company you want tobuy from is to high as far as set up and delivery can you outsource this to save money? What will that do to the warranty etc...

Most likely not...almost all warranty claims are set up related...The dealer is responsible for set up..unless you buy it as is where is..

Note..Horton is very strict with dealers about proper set up...Be sure if you get quotes that you have a set up manual in hand so that you are comparing the prices equally..
