Well we finally have a Major Problem, Our home is 2 years old, And the roof is starting to get ripples ,,,Bends, Warps etc...We contacted the Dealer in Decatur, Indiana , He gave us Schult Homes TX No. Which is usless, They never return calls, He was trying to pass the Buck, We said , " You Call Them " So we will keep you all up dated on the out come, Which I will bet we may have get a Attorney, Which we do have one on stand by.......ALL Mfg. Homes Have Problems sooner or later, Like I stated earlier........

I do not know the origin of your problem...but it is most likely set up related...the home has probably settled on its foundation..

If that is true..a relevel is easy and not too expensive...

By the way..Schult is owned by Oakwood Homes...they are in chapter 11 bankruptcy...you will not be able to sue and collect..Once they are out of bankruptcy...ALL liability for previous warranty problems will be absolved...

The best approach will be to take the money you were going to spend on an attorney and start to solve your problem...

Oakwood did contact us and they are making arrangements to repair the problems, The roof is soft 1/2 across one end of the roof, Oakwood is sending a repair person to look at the roof, I bet sooner or later about all MFG. Homes will file chapter 11---- Sure is not a good deal for the buyers,,,,,,I wonder if any mfg makes a huge ( All season ) tent to live in??? LOL!!!! I will keep you all informed to this out come for sure,,,,,,,,,
