does anyone have any advice about oakwood homes?? are they good or bad?? thank you

They are still in Chapter 11 bankruptcy...There are court dealings happening now that would allow them to come out of bankruptcy on 11/10/03.....All previous liability will be absolved and there will technically be a new company....

If I were you I would not consider buying until the bankruptcy is done and you are dealing with the "new" Oakwood..

Is this Oakwood acceptance, the Lender? Or a manufacturer?

13 Oakwood Home owned companies..including OAC...anything to do with the company...
