That is a good question, however, if you have termite problems, I would not wait to see if the landowner is going have the land treated. Go ahead and protect your home and then find out who is responsible.

We already sold the MH, but it costs us thousands to get the termite work done before we could sell. I was just wondering if we are responsible for this work. Thanks
