Foundation and setup

We have put a downpayment on a Palm Harbor doublewide and cannot decide what kind of foundation to use. Cement slab with blocks or concrete footers or something else. We live in Florida and purchased from the Palm Harbor in Plant City. Thanks

Congradulations....You have bought a nice home for sure...

Your dealer should be able to give you advice...but I am familier with the soil conditions in your area...

Poured concrete footers should do fine...Some lenders might have other requirements...especially with the skirting or curtian wall around the outside...A full slab would be nothing but a waste of money...

Good Luck

Why poor a full slab? The concrete between the runners is totally wasted.
