retirement community

Does anyone know of a manufactered home retirement community around Atlanta or in north Georgia? If not, does anyone know of one in south Georgia?

The best in the state is Wimberly owned by the Jennson Company...in Martinez, GA....
It is a true retirement community that has won national awards but it is not way over priced...It is gated...has a 9 hole par three golf course...All the normal stuff....It is located in the fastest growning upscale community in GA outside of Atlanta..Very near shopping...Large Publix, Kroger and New Walmart Supercenter all within 3 miles..About 10 miles from Augusta..a city large enough to have everything one could want...but no city traffic like the mess in Atlanta..
I have NEVER heard a bad word about this community in all the years I have been in the business here...8 total..

This community sells homes and have prices on the net...but there is always very good quality..well maintained used homes for sale there by individuals all the time...Often in the 30's to 40's..Tjhis community is so nice there are local banks offering excluesive financing at very low rates...very unusual for home only programs...I think this is the only 5 star park in GA..yet not 5 star prices...
