I 'am looking at a Liberty home built in SE Kansas. It is a Manufactured home built like a Modular, except for the metal frame . I would like to know if they are a good company to buy from! They are built in Yoder, Kansas

Mine was built in Oregon and I like it. Just watch out for the skylight if you get one. Mine is plastic and cracked because it dried out. I'm in the process of having a local roofing company replace it with a glass one.

I visited their plant, they seem to be pretty well constructed. Some of the upgrades that you might want to think about OSB flooring instead of the particle board, real china sinks instead of plastic & same with the faucets. Also the 5/12 pitch roof is really nice with the Hardie plank ( 70% concrete/30% I don't remember) siding. But I ended up going with a dealer that sells Champion & Dutch because they have a 10 year warranty.
