Rotten Siding
Rotten Siding
If any homeowner has hardboard siding that is falling apart, rotting or deteriorating it would be to your benefit to contact our people at National Siding Claims Services. The problems you may be experiencing are not an insurance issue. You have a product that becomes defective over time. We specialize in assisting residential and community owners across the United States who own mobile homes with this type of product installed on them.
We have appeared at all major Manufactured Housing Trade Shows and have had a tremendous response from individual homeowners, managers, owners of Communities, Insurance Brokers and Mortgage Companies. You may contact our company at -1-800-261-5741 for details about this very special program. Our average recovery for a homeowner who has a qualifying product with bad siding is somewhere in the neighborhood of between $2500.00 to $5500.00 dollars. This money has already been set aside for the homeowner but you must claim it. This is not a gimmick. We are part of the Better Business Bureau and have an excellent reputation in recovering money owed as a result of the defective hardboard siding products installed on residential and commercial properties. You may send us photos of your home or a sample of siding you have (a good sample in order to help identify) and we can tell you if you quailify or not.
We do not get paid unless we can get an actual cash recovery for you so there is never any out of pocket expenses involved. This is completely risk free. The only thing you have to lose is the money that is owed to you. Call me or e-mail me at [email protected]. Thanks.

I didnt know you could delete comments or postings from this forum. Thanks anyway. I am having a web page/website worked on and should be up and running in the next week. I have spoken with Mr Oxhandler and he is well aware of what I do and that I will soon be a client of his on a regular basis. Adios.
Re: Rotten Siding
If you siding is getting wet, that is an indication you tires are going flat and your siding is absorbing water from the ground. Simply air up you tires.
Siding should not rot off, it should warp and pop off naturally from exposure to the sun.

I thought it was rmurrays night to watch Bubba. I'm sorry that I did not read the morning updates and missed my shift.... Yes it is my fault that Bubba was able to wriggled out of the straight jacket, climb down the fire escape, and hop a ride on the rear bumper of a bus to be with you here today. DON'T PANIC! He is harmless
I have been talking to Robert Ponce for the past few weeks. I am very familiar with the type of claim service he provides. Our company owns a dozen MH rental units built during the "Hardboard Era". Hardboard has become the generic name for a type of siding that was produced by several different companies. Some of the products have held up very well over time while our experience with others has been scary.
There has not been one action taken against all of the producers. Instead legal case were and continue to be taken against one producer at a time. Each case has been settled differently. Depending on the brand of siding used and the year your home was built, the amount your entitled to could vary wildly. Each producer has been ordered to calculate the amount paid to the individual home owner using a different formula. Additionally, the burden of providing proof that your home is covered with a particular brand is on the home owner.
The paper work that needs to be submitted to get any payment is different for each brand's case, and like most efforts to get your money back via a government type program the paper work must be "correct" and on time, or it gets bounced back.
Homeowners may elect to collect the money due them from the class action settlements by dealing directly with the court appointed system of trustees. I could not afford the time to research brand characteristics, follow the different brands through the courts figure out what forms to fill out, When they were due, where to find them, and for which homes.
We signed up with a service similar to Robert's a few years ago and submitted claims for a dozen homes. To date we were paid on 2 brands of siding. The first to pay covered 2 homes, VERY well. We were reimbursed over fifteen hundred dollars, for each home, for the siding replacements we had made.
The second brand to settle was on three homes. While we had done quiet a bit of replacement the pay back was only about $75 per home. The difference in procedures and settlement amounts is remarkable. I would have never been able to collect the first penny without the expert assistance and direction of the claims service.
National Siding Claims Services will give you a free consultation Visit their web site and submit the short request form on the home page. Let them help you can find out if you qualify for cash back, or court ordered repairs for damaged exterior siding. To go there now CLICK HERE
