My name is Kenneth. I am in the U.S. Army. I have a 2001 Fleetwood Country Manor Home. It is located in St. Pauls, NC (close to Fayetteville). I am currently in Korea and I must rent out this 4 bed room two bath house. I only want someone to move in and make a $398 a month payment on the house and a $160 a month payment on the land which is 1 acre. I want nothing down because the person will have to make some repair inside. The house looks just like the one on this page above and it has brick underpinning with brick steps. I will rent to own or sale. I really need help because I don't live in North Carolina anymore.
