am seeking advice for buying my first!! and last home. want to live in mt in paradise valley but near there is good too. does anyone out there live in sw montana who can help me with some questions?:

where/what models of manufactured and modulars are available in mt?
mt is not listed on the repo/liquidation site so how do i find those?
for the rough weather possible in mt, does anyone have advice about manufactured versus modulars?
since this will be my last home, what would be best to buy?
