I have a loan with conseco, Do you forsee any problems with the take over. My problem is I purchased a home from Lifetime(Larrys Homes)both Bankrupt! Now that Conseco is Bankrupt,what can I do about my Five Year Warranty! I have 3 Years left.Conseco never responed to let me know who Bonded the House.

No one bonded the home...Conseco would not be responsible for warranty...
If you have a five year warranty...it it with the manufacturer...NOT the dealer of the lender...look in your homeonwers manual and call the service line and ask about the terms, what is covered and how to make a claim...
Conseco's loans will be sold to another lender and all will be fine...Service levels with them right now are low...but the new lender will be taking care of things...
