Parks In No. CA

I have a friend who, about 5 years back said she had bought a home. After viewing her website I found it to be like a Mobile Home park, but these were Modular type homes and you could purchase them (starting prices were around 90k and lot rentals ran from $490 and up) For the life of me, I can't find anything like it in Northern California (in fact so far, NOwhere in California, aside from their Santa Clarita, So. CA. based home park).

Those housing prices are a steal as are the lot rentals. Anyone familiar with any 'like' parks? I did write to the managers of her park and they said they aren't familiar with any.

Any help out there?

I live in Half Moon Bay Calif. and prices for Anything are sky-high. I'd be open to a commute to find affordable housing.

Thanks!

There are some in south American Canyon (Napa County) close to Vallejo the homes are all 1500 sqft and run between 120,000 and 155,000. The rent was 360 last time I checked. It is called World Marine and is located on Flosden road. There is also a community right next door where you own the land instead of lease may be something to look at.
