55+ parks

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF AT A PARK THAT ADVERTISES 55+, IF YOU HAVE TO BE ATLEAST 55, HOW MUCH YOUNGER (52?) WILL THEY ALLOW YOU TO BE TO OWN?

This verys with park rules and state law...Some parks do allow one partner to be under 55..Better to post this question on the park forum here...They will know the specifics of the law..

I believe Federal Law "requires" one person to be 55 or over, to live in a "senior"
park
