Which is the best for flooring. I now live in a 77 model mobile home wich had pressboard wich I had to replace all through the house. NOVADECK seems to be the standard and I was told it is better than plywood. It looks to me to be the same stuff I had to replace. there was three options give novadeck, plywood and I can not remember what the third was but it was the same every where I went. also have you any knowledge on the quality of town&country or cavalier homes?

I live in a Town & Country single wide that's 12 x 65. It is a 1970 model and this house is a ROCK! Now I can't vouch for the quality of their homes now, but I know this one has been wonderful. It was my husband's home, he raised 2 sons in it and it held up. I've lived in it 5 years and there isn't a soft floor one and never has been. It has completely surpassed the quality of other family member's home who bought different brands. I would put the Town & Country up against any other brand. The cabinets are good quality, the walls have held up, nothing has ever had to be replaced. But then again, we take real good care of our things. We plan to upgrade to a huge doublewide, but we will keep our T&W and possibly lease it out.
