Hey, does Jacobsen have anything in MY price range - $65,000? Three bedroom, 2 bath, lots of windows, open floorplan, at least 1700 square feet/

I'm not sure if Jacobsen has anything in that price range, but I can tell you that the Palm Harbor Im getting is 2,027 sq ft, 4 bedrooms,3 full baths,very well constructed for 67K.

Sounds great - but what does that include (i.e., decks, foundation, etc.) And what state are you in?

This is about the price of a Jacobson in the size you want..Most of their dealers are in Florida..with 2 in GA that I know of..

That price is the base price. including setup and delivery. Im in NC.

Does Jacobson make Made-Rite Homes? Our Jacobson dealer has these homes. Actually, they have our dream home as far as floor plan goes. 32 x 80, open plan, that includes"everything" whatever that means for $62,000. We haven't gotten into what that doesn't include!!! Just were pleased to find the floor plan. We can't buy yet - hopefully in the next few months, though.

This cannot be a Jacobson...since it is impossible for them to build an 80' long section in their plant....The largest Jacobson is 8 ft. shorter than this...Of course they build triple sections larger than this home...

This is a brand that I have never heard of...Where are they built?

Sorry, the correct name is Craft-Made - I don't know where they are built. I thought they were some connection to Jacobson since that dealer carries them and we also had a used home dealer tell us they were very good. We have not had in depth conversations as yet.
