We have a cement foundation and a complete cement floor under our home. It is about 4 feet high - crawl space. Do we still need to keep the vents open? I'm concerned about rodents and insects. We are using the space as storage.

Best I can suggest is to read your owners manual...The important thing is you can have NO moisture build up under the home...Call your manufacturers engineer and ask...
