Any body know of area in southeast MI that allow 3/12 roof pitch? We want to move our 1990 Commodore double wide. Thanks

You might find someone here that can help...but a much more productive appraoch would be to call all the county building officials in each county you think you could live in and ask the specific rules there...Every county will have different rules..and maybe different rules in different parts of the county...

Also, check with the state, department of state, to see if the county can apply a rule to a HUD coded home that goes beyond the code. The HUD code says that it prempts local codes.
