I have tried to find out about The Heritage model by Patriot and I didn't have much luck on this web site. The only thing I could ever get was that the Heritage was the top of the best. No one that I talked to had one. Any way please keep me posted of any answers that you get.

I refrain comment on this model because I have no direct knowledge at all...but..if it is the top model of a good product..it has been only sold to a small section of the market...meaning only a few thousand probably exist..

Another observation worth noting...happy home owners go on with their lives and do not spend their time surfing here...most actual homeowners you will find on open forums will be those with problems...trying to find help or with an axe to grind...The lack of comments can only be a good sign..

I am going to get another URL, for a gentleman named Tim Ahlborn who does like the Patriot, and always answers questions and will be a lot of help. He also has a wonderful web site dedicated to Manufactured homes etc.

True...Tim used to be very active and helpful on the alt.mobilehome newsgroup..He has owned 3 manufactured homes...enjoyed them all..sold them all at a profit and is a vety happy camper..

Just so folks know..he has nothing to do with the undustry...just a happy consumer...He is a deputy sheriff...

I don't know about the American Heritage by Patriot, but I know about Solitare and I live in one now. I would recommend this brand. We bought this from a private owner and it's a 1983 Single Wide and it's a bueatiful home, but we are young and our family is growing, so we are looking into purchasing a new DW home. I live in Oklahoma and Sept. 17 a hurricane made it to our town and are trailer is still here, after that we had minor problems that we fixed and it seems better than ever. I think rmurray is right though about people bashing manufactured homes, so I just wanted you to know a little about me and my husband's experience.
