Floor squeaks.

We recently just got a new Buccanneer by Caviler and noticed a squeak just developed in front of the back door by washer and dryer. Never noticed it until we were moving washer and dryer in last light and we have been in home about a month. Squeak is annoying but wondering if there is a bigger underlying problem. Thanks.

No....there is not much of a problem here...You should mention it in your 60 day cosmetic service call your dealer is obligated to make..This can be fixed very easily...

Thank you sir, the dealer said they would let the factory rep do the 60 day service call. He said the factory prefered it that way. But I will have to give the dealer credit that any issues that needed quick attention gets it. They have always came and fixed things on a timely manner, usually same day. I also noticed that the fllors seem to give a lottle in spots. We upgraded this home to 16" on center joists with the 2" x 6" wall package. Can anything be done to improve that or is it just the lumber having a little crown in it?

After I saw you post that this upgrade was available...I asked my sales rep about it...Unfortunately, he did not know anything about it...I will ask again...

The dealer that I purchased from was unaware of it, I found out by e-mailed the factory to try to get more construction specs.
