What can anyone tell me about Patriot Homes particularly the Pinnacle and Southridge?

what do you need to know , we are a factory direct store for patriot homes and should be able to help you.

Be careful, get everything in writing.....and I mean everything......
I just bought a Patriot---Victorian and the factory service reps are not cooperative, lie, procrastinate and avoid taking responsibility.....
I ordered a corner fireplace and got a fireplace in the middle of a end wall which leaves a space of about 2 feet by 2 feet that is unusable in my living room. When I asked the rep why they did that without consulting me, they told me it was HUD regulations that they can't put it in the corner. Well, I found out from HUD that there is no such thing. My kitchen counter tops are the wrong color and they are shrugging off that responsibility also.
Besides the problems with the manufacturer, I think I have had horrendous problems because I chose the WRONG Dealer.....he gave me the best price but probably the worst service.....he delivered the home late, his men did not install the house so I couldn't move in, He is neglectful................It is now six months after the house was brough here and I still have a broken screen door(transport by dealer), incorrect anchoring, and more........the state inspection has helped because they(the Manufacturer & the dealer) addressed what HUD requires, but other than that, I have gotten the runaround......
Get everything in writing and be very carefull choosing the Dealer......

I was reading your letter. Where did you purchase your home mam? I am about to do the same. I don't want to get the wrong dealership. Is your home a pinnacle?
