House Smart Homes

Can anyone tell me about House smart Homes.
They appear to be high quality with all of the upgraded construction featrures and interiors. We will be moving from a site built home and relocating to the Texas Hill Country. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

House Smart is a division of Oakwood Homes....It was an experiment that has not payed out for them and they are no longer expanding the division..All homes are built in Oakwood plants and serviced by Oakwood's service department...

You might do a web search on Google.com or other good search engine for House Smart...I mention Google because they index all posts to the newsgroups and there is an active newsgroup at alt.mobilehome ....A search at Google (be sure to use the tab that says groups) will give you any mention of these homes..Good Luck
