We are buying a Clayton home which was built in 2000. It was set on three acres in Northern Arizona, with a detached two car garage.

we have a 1995 clayton excel,16x80, and it is one of the best built mobile homes, we are very happy with ours. we have an outside heat pump and we get by with a reasonable elec. bill in the winter and it gets pretty cooooooold here in wva.,we have hot summers also, the home is very well insulated. any more questions e-mail me, i will be glad to answer.

Just wondering if anyone owns one of these homes and can tell me if they have had any problems are is everything turned out well? What kind of flooring is used is it plywood or waffer board? Would appreciate any feed back rather it be good are bad.

I have had bad luck!!!!
I bought a 2003 Clayton and have had nothing but problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
