QUESTION? OLD MOBILE HOME

Hey there. My landlady asked me a question today that I don't have a clue on how to answer, so I told her I would ask about. She has a mobile home that she just wants to get rid of. How does one dispose of an old mobile home that she really doesn't want the hassle to sell or advertise, etc.??? I mean, like there are junk yards for old cars, what is there for old mobile homes???

I appreciate any feedback on what I can tell this elderly lady!!!

Removing an old home can be an expensive task. The costs and obstacles differ from state to state and even county to county. The best method might be to find a retailer in your area that specializes in used homes. He may be happy to take the home for resale or parts or it may not be worth it to him, but he can probably direct you to the people that can help you dispose of the home.
