David Oxhandler: This new inspection reads like a who done it. The report seems to find problems with not only the manufacturer, but includes the developer and services "he" hired out. We've been out of town a week and I'll send you a copy ASAP. My concern now is what damage has been done with the major problems that exist. As you'll see, the weather wrap, anchoring system, and other structural items have now stood neglected for over 2 years.
