trace website for history if only tags or serial #

are available.................i've lost my little tips sheet that gave me the website for tracing the history of a mfg home and it's date of manufacture, certificate of origin, and specs ("benefits/options") for a stock or special order home if i have only a hud tag or mfg serial # to go by.............need to know the transfer of ownership, etc............

could you possibly please share that with me.

also, i think Texas, in particular, had another website addressing some of these concerns but at more length...............never saw that site or had it's link but would especially be grateful if i could have that web site or link address also.
