I have a very deep intrest in the manufacture housing industry, I feel that as sales people we must take intrest in the success of our company and try to find the positive in this situation. Find that new approach to partnership, team work. In all reality the sales rep. at manufacture level are holding the success of the retail dealer in their hands, Now is the time to establish a real trust relationship. Guys be the rare commodities in the industry. I belive if you help enough people get what they want, you can not help but to succeed. Be a "natural" at what you do.
