Propane usage

Hi
We purchased our double wide last August and we're going through our first winter with the propane we've used average of 90 gallons the last two winter months in the Northeast it's been pretty cold couple questions
Does that you should seem high or low or about right? Also our company that delivers the propane charges about $20 delivery for every time I've heard other companies do not charge this fee.
We keep the temperature about 68 during the day and turn it down to about 60 at night
It goes on about 5 to 6 hours after we go to bed so it does run in the middle of the night but not for long on and off
