mobile home sway when someone runs in one area

Hello,
4 weeks ago, a friend recently bought a mobile home in Northern Califonria, built in 1999.
He started to notice that when someone jumps up and down in a small area of the dinning room, the living room seems to sway back and forth. Other locations are not affected.
When we went underneath the house, we didn't see or feel any beam, pier, or post move while someone jumped on the floor. There's a moisture barrier so we were not able to touch the subfloor.
the floor is also level.
Does anyone have any advice or what else we can do to investigate further?
