We bought a mobile/manufactured home as a project. We didn't know about HUD label. There is no information at all in home. It had been remodeled several times before. I did find the serial numbers. I have contacted IBTS and TDHCA. No luck. Been to appraisal office, county clerk, DMV, city hall. No luck. Serial numbers are
