Hello All,
My wife and I recently purchased a Guerdon Home that was built in 1998. I am beginning to figure things out, but would appreciate any information of any kind regarding this type of home. Electrical/Plumbing/Heating & AC whatever you have.
I will have some questions as I run into issues so expect some questions from me as I encounter this issues.

How are you guys enjoying your home? I am in the process of purchasing a 1998 manufactured home and have become a bit frustrated with the hoops and hurdles that I of course was unaware of. Primarily, the cost to insure it. Did you guys experience extremely high premium quotes? I’m in TN and the insurance rates seem to be ridiculous but I’m already in contract for the property. Also, how did you guys finance? FHA, Conventional?
