The Manufactured Housing Forums

Hey new member here. This year I purchased a used home and had it set up on my land. I have a permanent foundation under it. I know getting these things financed can be a challenge. I hope to sell it in a few years and am looking for some advice on how to obtain financing for the buyer. I know I could offer owner financing but I would rather rent it out than pursue that option.
