The Manufactured Housing Forums

I am looking into buying a new manufactured home. I have been to look at them and even picked one out. Then I got home and started looking at the reviews about the manufacturer. Wow... I am now scared. Southern Estates is the one I liked but they had NO good reviews. I MEAN ON GOOD REVIEWS. So now I am back to the drawing board. Looking again. Does anyone have any advice for me.
