Need make and model from serial number

I am trying to purchase a mobile home with the serial numbers VPNC7011V A and VPNC7011V B. I have had everything done and submitted to the mortgage company and now they say if they/I cant find the make/model they cant finance it. Can anyone help? He said he couldn't get it from itbs.org with just the numbers??
