2003 Southern Energy SP-647

I bought this home back in March of 2013 as my family was growing and I needed something bigger quickly. I got the home with 1/2 acre of land for 58k.
Now I have a better job (Military) and I want to get rid of this home... or at least find out enough about it to improve it and rent it out for a decent premium. It is a double wide with 4 Bedrooms and a little office like room off the master bedroom.
It is a good size home with 2 living areas. I currently owe roughly 53k on this home. I really just want to find out what I need to worry about if I end up keeping it, what I need to improve to keep this home liveable for longer ect.
