Does anyone have installation instructions or a manual for a 12x52 mobile? I'm in need of basically anything I can get for something from 75 or older.

You're joking right? There is absolutely NO brochure or valid manufacturer information for pre-1980 MH's unless you find it in a kitchen drawer.
More importantly, for what purpose would a brochure serve?
