Skyline/ Oak Manor

We are looking at the Skyline Oak Manor series MH # 9733ct 1760sq ft with the tag on room. Unfortunately none of the dealers have this particular home on their lots. Are any of you familiar with the Oak manor series or this particular home in general? I also saw a Silvercrest I liked but the dealer said that Skyline is a better home (he sells both) The Skyline homes we have viewed have been very well built
