Repo Homes

Post by Blake » Thu Oct 06, 2005 10:37 pm

Hello All ,, lot of good info . I have a site built home here in Texas I had built it is at 1377 sq feet and I paid around 109,900. Very small lot. I was thinking of buing a MH for more space , and to have some land for my business. I used to sell MH back in the 90's alot has changed since then . I know someone has asked this question, but am I dumb for wanting to move to a MH. I believe I could save some money, and have something bigger. I am looking into repos .. Am I really going to save a lot of money from the bank , or are they going to jack up the price .. I will get the land separate.. I don't want that mortgage tied into the land and home .. It will cost me a lot to go to a 2000 sq foot site built .. Is repo in good condition the way to go .. I know being in the industry that Palm Harbor is made well... At least the structure.. You are right, they really need to do something better about the molding inside the home.. I guess they are trying to save money .

Thanks
Blake
