who is the high end company?

Sorry...I am mostly familiar with the SE market...The hard part is that manufacturers build different homes in different plants...One might be good in the SE and total junk in NJ...Notice in my reply I mentioned Palm Harbor in Plant City, FL...A fine home but the same manufacturer has 2 other plants in the SE that build totally different products...

Much more important than which manufacturer...is what is in the home...a good book available in the bookstore here is..

It will help you in many ways..including which features are important..Then find a manufacturer that builds a home that meets the specs that you feel are right..
