You are one of the VERY FEW lucky ones. We bought a Fleetwood and it has been a nightmare. Within 6 months all hell came apart. The globe over the dining room table started filling up with water. Ceiling panels started sagging from water. All doorknobs tore up. Garden tub faucet started leaking. Shower stall came loose from wall. Electrical outlets quit working. Vinyl started deteriorating and cracking. This was a BRAND NEW manufactured home by Fleetwood. It took us 3 years to get anyone to come and look at the problems. Several service technicians came out and did sloppy work. They did fix the doorknobs and some of the leaks. They refused to fix our ceiling panels that have holes in them where water leaked through and refused to replace the sagging ceiling panels. They won't stand behind their dealerships and we're still stuck with a 4 year old torn up piece of crap. I wouldn't recommend Fleetwood manufactured homes to anyone.

Stuck in Alabama in one of Fleetwood's 'so called' "fine mobile home".

We are one of the unlucky ones as well. Our home is two years old and falling apart around us. We have a leak that has been reported to Fleetwood since we moved in and it still isn't fixed! Now our floors are bowing, the walls are bowing, our new back door is coming apart, etc. We have ceiling panels that are sagging, nails coming up through the floor and the list goes on. What a nightmare.
We just want our home fixed and fixed right.
