Some dealers are keen to the fact that banks hold back money if you are not satisfied. I just read some documents and agreements from a dealer in northern CA and they charge you $50.00 a day if you do this to them. This is shady practice in my opinion. This is their way of protecting themselves against the consumer protecting themselves.
