Dutch homes?

Does anybody have any experience with Dutch homes? We are looking to buy one and like one of their floor plans. Just wondering about their quality and service. I know a lot about that depends on the dealer. Thanks.

I just walked through a DUtch repo yesterday and it was very cheaply made and I have never seen such tiny bathtubs in my life.....my 5 year old would barely fit in them and there was no way an adult could comfprtably take a shower in one, despite the fact that they have shower heads! I was NOT impressed.
