Any thoughts on Sunshine homes?

Looking at purchasing a new home and we have it narrowed down to a Dutch,Sunshine and a Buccaneer. Just wanted your opinions.

My brother has a sunshine. It's constructed rather well. The exterior cannot be distinguished from a site built home.
