Spirit Homes

Does anyone know anything about Spirit Homes, Inc. Located in Conway, Arkansas? I believe they are a branch of Cavalier Homes in Alabama. Please let me know. I'm considering buying one of their homes. Thanks.

Yup, Cavalier bought Spirit from Johnny Allison a few years ago. Cavalier also owns several other manufacturers like Champion and so on. As far as Spirit being a good brand of home or not, why don't you check out my response to Ginna listed under the heading of "what is the better brand".

No, Cavalier does not own Champion, I was thinking of Buccaneer but said the wrong one. Cavalier also owns Belmont which has rebuilt since burning to the ground, Belcrest, Riverchase, Mansion, Astro, Brigadier, Town & Country, and Homested. I think that's it.

Do not buy a Spirit home!!! Beware!!! We own one and we are in the middle of fighting them to get our home fixed. Major probs since day one.. They aren't worth what you pay for them and getting them to do any work that is up to standard is worthless. To repair it properly HA! they half ass fix it then when you keep complaining they ignore you. Try taking them to court they lie and deny everything!! Worst purchase we have ever made....
