Financing

Post by Sue » Thu Mar 14, 2002 4:03 pm

I've called a couple banks and they don't do land/home loans. I'd love to hear some specific banks, mortgage companies, etc. that you've used successfully for your loans.I filled in this website's MH Financing form but have only heard from Chase Manhattan, and was not impressed with them.

Thanks in advance! I live in Northern California, if that makes any difference.

You might want to check out Wells Fargo Mortgage as well..

As a matter of fact..Almost any large bank's mortgage department will handle these loans...Check with the mortgage departments...not regular bank loan officers..
