heating and cooling

I am looking to purchase a new Clayton dw home. In home specifications I am seeing electric furnace listed. What if I want a heat pump for cooling and heating? Is this something Clayton can do for me?

Do the homes not come with air conditioning of any sort?

I live in NC, and AC is a must.

Some MH builders do install AC as an option. Most will equip the home with the duct system. When you purchase the home your dealer will offer separate air system installation. The advantage to the dealer add-on is that you air system will come from a local business that will administer the warrantee and generally offer faster service if you have any problems.
