We drove around and looked at new ones over the weekend. We talked with people at Palm Harbor and Fleetwood. The PH guy has a deal going on a new design Skyline through the end of the month. It's the front runner right now.

Thought I'd jump back on and tell you all what we ended up doing. We used the money from the re-fi as a down payment for a construction loan, built the shop (24x36x12) and got the new Skyline! It has it's flaws (mostly cracks and door issues), but overall we are pretty happy with it. We'll add about 60% to our payment, but we were only paying around 1k a month so hopfully we can swing it.
