ID Plate location?

Does anyone know where I can find the ID plate with the make and serial numbers I need for the insurance company on a 1995 Holly Park? The title has not come back from the state and all I can find is the sticker on the inside door of the electric box, but it doesn't have that info on it, just the amps/volts etc. and Holly park with the 'zone' area for this build. Thanks in advanced!
